Most pieces will be made to order as different clasps, pearls and pendants are used on each piece of unique Pebble jewellery.

Due to the nature of the pieces which we create here at Pebble and so that you can recieve the piece tailored to your individual taste we will aim to deliver your piece of jewellery to you within 10 working days after you placed your order.

A conformation e mail will be sent to you once we have recieved payment and another e mail will be sent to you once the piece has been completed and is ready to be sent to you.

We take pride and satisfaction in each piece which is handmade for each person.  However we know that sometimes there may be a reason that you are not completely satisfied with your completed piece then you can send it back in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. 

All refunds are given at the discretion of Pebble.
